SAP Project Manager

About the role

The NTT Data Business Solutions SAP Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful project delivery and customer satisfaction to Field Consulting clients. This role involves planning, directing, and managing delivery of client SAP implementation projects, developing and maintaining project plans, and coordinating project activities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and manages delivery of client SAP implementation projects
• Reviews project proposals to determine scope and goals, project time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project goals and objectives
• Develops and maintains project plan and timeline, issues, assignments, documentation and other project communications
• Prepares weekly project status reports
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget
• Reviews project status with project personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required
• Makes sure project results are aligned with project scope
• Directs the development of quality assurance test plans, customer acceptance test plans and conference room pilot test plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Information Technology or related field of study is required for this position
• Minimum of 5 years of experience (or Masters and 4 years exp) as a Project Manager on ERP implementations, which must have included 4 years cross-functional SAP implementation management experience
• Average of one S/4 HANA or one cloud project implementation experience
• Ability to lead strategic workshops with clients
• Strong project management skills

Pay

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $128,151 - $193,789. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
