SAP Program Manager- Senior Manager

About the role

As a SAP Program Manager – Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale SAP implementation projects, collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic goals. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. You will craft and convey impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. You will lead teams through complexity, demonstrate composure in challenging situations, and initiate open coaching conversations at all levels. Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP implementation projects and coordinate with business leaders and technical teams to define objectives and develop project plans
• Manage project resources and monitor progress to mitigate risks and validate successful delivery of SAP solutions
• Oversee multiple projects and stakeholders using program management skills to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of business applications
• Apply analytical and systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within SAP program management
• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
• Direct teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
• Initiate open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Promote continuous process improvement and embrace change to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years of experience

Qualifications

• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior
• Experience leveraging SAP project management skills for complex program delivery
• Experience utilizing Agile methodology for continuous process improvement
• Demonstrated analytical thinking in business case development
• Excellence in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Experience managing program scope and status reporting effectively
• Ability to apply systems thinking to identify opportunities and challenges

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
