SAP Program Manager- Senior Associate

About the Role

As a Senior Associate in our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will oversee and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. This role involves coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver successful SAP solutions, building meaningful client connections, and navigating complex situations to deliver quality work. You will mentor others, deepen your understanding of business context, and use critical thinking to optimize operational efficiency. The role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive plans.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to facilitate successful SAP solution delivery.
• Utilize analytical thinking and program management skills to optimize operational efficiency.
• Implement continuous process improvement strategies to enhance project outcomes.
• Engage in cross-functional team coordination to support seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder communications to align project expectations and deliverables.
• Apply agile methodology and project management software to track and report project status.
• Support program capacity building and program review to drive benefits realization and goal alignment.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP program management or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or MBA in one of the following fields: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management/Behavior.
• Experience navigating complex SAP program management scenarios.
• Proficiency in utilizing Agile methodology for efficient project delivery.
• Experience developing business case strategies for SAP implementations.
• Strong cross-functional team coordination skills in SAP projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Leveraging analytical thinking for SAP project insights.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
