About the role

We are seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations.
  • Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
  • Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
  • Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
  • Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
  • Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients' SAP environments.
  • Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
  • No less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing business area.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
  • A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within critical deadlines.
  • Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
  • Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions.
  • A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

  • Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights on SAP capabilities in manufacturing and quality management.
  • Lead requirement gathering, solution design, blueprinting, testing, and documentation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including experience in leading teams to deliver project deliverables within critical deadlines.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
