About the role

The opportunity involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. Your collaboration with technical teams will be essential in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) for SAP Manufacturing during project implementations. Facilitate design workshops and discussions, gather requirements, and recommend tailored S/4 HANA best practices.
• Successfully guide the implementation of these solutions within client SAP ecosystems.
• Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities of SAP Production Planning (PP) and associated modules, coupled with a strong business acumen.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree.
• No less than 2 - 4 years of related work experience in a functional or consulting capacity within discrete manufacturing environments, including exposure to SAP Production Planning (PP).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting discrete manufacturing processes using SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, within the SAP manufacturing domain.
• Experience with configuration, master data, and end-to-end planning processes, including Materials, BOMs, Routings, and production execution flows.
• Experience with production strategies such as Made to Stock (MTS), Made to Order (MTO), Assemble to Order (ATO), and Engineer to Order (ETO).
• Familiarity with SAP PP-EWM integration processes and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong skills in functional application design, including business process analysis and solution documentation.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business and technical requirements into SAP-based solutions.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Pay

$102,500 to $187,900 base salary range in all geographic locations in the US, with a higher range in New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).
