About the role
We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. Your collaboration with technical teams will be essential in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
- Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
- Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) for SAP Manufacturing during project implementations.
- Facilitate design workshops and discussions, gather requirements, and recommend tailored S/4 HANA best practices.
- Successfully guide the implementation of these solutions within client SAP ecosystems.
- Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities of SAP Production Planning (PP) and associated modules, coupled with a strong business acumen.
- Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree.
- Typically, no less than 2–4 years of related work experience in a functional or consulting capacity within discrete manufacturing environments, including exposure to SAP Production Planning (PP).
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting discrete manufacturing processes using SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA within the SAP manufacturing domain.
- Experience with configuration, master data, and end-to-end planning processes, including Materials, BOMS, Routings, and production execution flows.
- Experience with production strategies such as Made to Stock (MTS), Made to Order (MTO), Assemble to Order (ATO), and Engineer to Order (ETO).
- Familiarity with SAP PP-EWM integration processes and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), DMC (Digital Manufacturing Cloud) integration with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong skills in functional application design, including business process analysis and solution documentation.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business and technical requirements into SAP‑based solutions.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Strong understanding of Variant Configuration and Advanced Variant Configuration within SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP external integrations to MES, MII, ME, DMC, etc.
- SAP certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM) or related modules in the production execution space.
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of SAP PP.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
