About the role
We are seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business models, processes, and operations with business stakeholders.
- Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients' SAP environments.
- Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
- Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen.
- Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
- Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
- No less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or discrete manufacturing environments.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA, with deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP).
- Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration, master data, and end-to-end process design, including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Versions.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning and execution processes, including MRP Live, Predictive MRP, DDMRP, capacity planning, and production order scheduling.
- Experience supporting multiple production strategies, including Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), Assemble-to-Order (ATO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO).
- Solid understanding of SAP PP integration with related modules such as Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Familiarity with PP-EWM integration, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Variant Configuration and Advanced Variant Configuration in SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience integrating SAP with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools for master data creation, governance, and maintenance.
- Prior consulting experience, including leading project teams and contributing to client delivery engagements.
- SAP certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules.
- Experience across extended manufacturing capabilities, such as Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany processing, PP/DS, and advanced MRP scenarios.
- Experience with multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations involving PP and/or QM.
- Exposure to emerging SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions, including Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships, including setting expectations and supporting long-term engagement success.

Benefits
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Individuals may work in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
