About the role

The opportunity involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to leverage SAP technology, specifically within SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), to enhance operational efficiency. This role is part of EY's SAP service line, focusing on Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business models, processes, and operations with business stakeholders.
  • Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
  • Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
  • Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
  • Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
  • No less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the SAP manufacturing business area.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) space specializing in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
  • A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes within critical deadlines.
  • Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Most people in external, client serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
