Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior client Finance executives to identify business challenges and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions (current and future).
  • Lead clients in defining their SAP journey by developing business cases, roadmaps, and presentations during sales origination, proposal development, and client interactions.
  • Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom applications, and partner add-on solutions.
  • Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including its capabilities, roadmap, and how AI can deliver real value to clients.
  • Identify and deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and enhance project outcomes.
  • Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices using SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
  • Lead large project teams of varying sizes and scopes to achieve transformational roadmaps, either onsite with clients or within Accenture.
  • Serve as a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise.
  • Act as a thought leader by building assets, best practices, and developing the next generation of transformation experts.

Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional/technical expertise in Product Costing and Margin Analysis, including:
    • Profitability segment design and characteristic derivation.
    • Configuration of value flows from pricing conditions, purchase price variances, and cost settlement into margin reporting structures.
    • Universal allocations and top-down distribution of revenue and costs.
    • Cost Accounting processing (Inventory Valuation, Overhead Accounting, or Project Accounting).
    • Hands-on exposure to actual costing flows and period-end margin reporting in S/4HANA.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Products clients (SAP support or managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement).
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Products clients.
  • Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
  • Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience.

Pay

Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:

  • California: $94,400 to $293,800
  • Cleveland: $87,400 to $235,000
  • Colorado: $94,400 to $253,800
  • District of Columbia: $100,500 to $270,300
  • Illinois: $87,400 to $253,800
  • Maine: $80,400 to $216,200
  • Maryland: $94,400 to $253,800
  • Massachusetts: $94,400 to $270,300
  • Minnesota: $94,400 to $253,800
  • New York: $87,400 to $293,800
  • New Jersey: $100,500 to $293,800
  • Virginia: $87,400 to $270,300
  • Washington: $100,500 to $270,300
