The Opportunity Our SAP Procurement practice helps organizations modernize and optimize their source-to-pay operations through SAP S/4HANA. We work with clients to transform procurement processes, improve supplier collaboration, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen controls across purchasing, inventory management, and invoice processing. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. Your collaboration with technical teams will be essential in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation engagements.
• Design and configure SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions across purchasing, inventory management, goods movements, and invoice verification processes.
• Advise clients on procurement leading practices and SAP standard capabilities while balancing business requirements with scalable solutions.
• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to help deliver integrated business solutions.

• Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes and their integration points across the enterprise.
• Experience designing SAP-enabled procurement solutions that balance business requirements with standard SAP functionality.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions, process design workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution validation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business and system challenges.
• Proven ability to manage workstream deliverables, project risks, stakeholder expectations, and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with at least 2-4 years of SAP Procurement, Supply Chain, or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience in one or more SAP Procurement specializations, including: SAP S/4HANA Procurement (Direct Materials), SAP Invoice Management and Accounts Payable Integration, SAP Inventory Management, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle
