SAP PP Consultant
About the Role
UST is searching for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to work with business stakeholders and define end-to-end Plan-to-Manufacture (PTM) processes in SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, process design, process optimization, and fit-gap analysis across the Production Planning lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements across the full Production Planning (PP) cycle.
- Work with business stakeholders to define end-to-end Plan-to-Manufacture (PTM) processes.
- Define and optimize processes including:
- Planning
- Material Staging
- Execution
- Confirmations
- Settlement
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Support process optimization initiatives aligned with business requirements.

Pay
Compensation range: $109,000–$164,000. Role location: Hybrid - Texas.

- Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires).
- All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
