SAP PMMO/Project System Consultant
About the role
The consultant will support ongoing operations within a classified environment while also contributing to the design, build, testing, and deployment of capabilities for future releases. The role is primarily focused on PMMO, Project Systems, and project accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the PMMO and Project Systems functional SME supporting business users and operations in the classified environment
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, production support, and defect resolution
- Support requirements, solution design, build, testing, and release activities for future program increments
- Develop and deliver user guides, training materials, and end-user support
- Plan and coordinate PMMO-related deployment and cutover activities
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- Deep SAP S/4HANA PMMO and Project Systems expertise, including: SAP PMMOSAP Project Systems (PS)Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD)Project Cost Collection and Financial ReportingMaterial Cost Visibility and Reporting in PMMO-enabled environments
- Strong understanding of PMMO integration with manufacturing, procurement, inventory and finance
- At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience
- Strong troubleshooting, defect analysis, and business support skills
Qualifications
- Natural-born US citizen with no dual citizenship
- Based in the St. Louis area or willing to travel to St. Louis weekly (Monday-Thursday) and work onsite full-time (40 hours per week)
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace and Defense industry experience
- Experience supporting classified environments
- Experience supporting project-based manufacturing or defense programs
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
