Objective:
EY seeks to provide clients with a unique business perspective on leveraging SAP technology to improve operations. This involves working with Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors services.
About the Role
As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver complex technical initiatives, track deliverables, and manage project status. You will lead workstreams, participate in client sessions, and facilitate requirement gathering and design workshops.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4-6 years of relevant experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning
- Experience leading teams and managing change
- Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses
Skills
- Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills
- Strong understanding of Asset Management principles and practices
- Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
- Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations
- Prior consulting industry experience
- Multiple end-to-end life cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC
- SAP certification(s)
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy)
- Experience with one of the following additional licensed products: 3rd party planning and scheduling tools, 3rd party MRO master data governance tools, SAP service and asset management (mobility), SAP field service management, SAP resource scheduling for maintenance planners (RSH), SAP business network asset collaboration, SAP asset performance management, SAP spatial asset management, SAP work clearance management (lock out tag out), SAP geographical enablement framework, SAP environmental health & safety

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
