SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant Location: Bismarck, North Dakota (Remote withTravel ) Duration: Contract (6–12+ Months) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Asset Service and Maintenance processes. The consultant will support end-to-end implementation and optimization of maintenance operations, with integration to Finance and Procurement. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand Demand-to-Supply processes and identify improvement opportunitiesProvide functional and process consulting across SAP EAM / PM and Inventory ManagementCollaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA EAM solutionsAnalyze data, workflows, and system behavior to recommend and implement process improvementsSupport end users through training, issue resolution, and functional guidanceParticipate in testing activities to ensure quality and stability of EAM enhancementsSupport change management through clear communication and structured change requestsMonitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements
