Duties
- Create, monitor, and manage inbound deliveries in SAP to support timely material receipt and inventory visibility.
- Perform invoice matching and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices.
- Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including planning strategies and master data maintenance for ND (No Planning) and PD (MRP Planned) materials.
- Review and process purchase requisitions (PRs), ensuring appropriate vendor consolidation and sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels, demand requirements, and supply risks to support business continuity and production schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning, procurement, and inventory management processes.
SAP Master Data Governance & Maintenance
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of critical master data within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and governance of material master data, vendor master data, source lists, purchasing info records, quality inspection plans, quality info records, bills of material (BOMs), routings, production versions, and warehouse master data.
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including MRP, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Master Data processes.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, materials management, or SAP master data management.
Pay
Pay ranges between $25-35/hr based on experience.
