Expectations and Tasks

• Partner with the client to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope project and deliverables.
• Implement, customize, and test solutions on client systems and develop client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed.
• Prepare, design, realize, and support Go-Lives for customer implementation projects.
• Support feasibility studies and process design reviews.
• Detailed planning of process implementation.
• Detailed blueprinting for development requirements.
• Develop and assure quality of process models.
• Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
• Support the development of overall project plans (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; act as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyzes, and solves software problems).
• Analyze and map clients’ business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Support the NA Services Organization with implementation projects, pre-sales support (estimating), spot consulting, and internal projects and commit to the success of customers, partners, colleagues, and SAP.
• Up to 50% travel may be required (when travel returns to normal pre-COVID levels).

Qualifications/ Skills and Competencies

• Minimum 8 years of consulting experience, Graduate degree a plus.
• Involved in at least 2 full cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Production Engineering and Operations.
• Experience with Discrete Manufacturing & Core Logistics business processes in S/4HANA Manufacturing, production planning, execution, logistics, and quality management a plus.
• Prior experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solution (CAMS) a plus.
• Formal SAP certification preferred.
• Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
• Knowledge of SAP’s Design to Operate (DTO).
• Experience with SAP Implementation Methodologies (ASAP, Activate, Sprints, Advanced Deployment, etc.).
• Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company.
