Responsibilities
- Investigate and assess claims in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare and submit claims documentation accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in claims processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry-standard claim software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
