Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions effectively
  • Managing the integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications to optimize customer relationship processes
  • Providing training and support to clients for seamless adoption of SAP CRM systems
  • Collaborating with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
  • Developing business process improvements and modeling to enhance operational efficiency
  • Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
  • Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
  • Leveraging business technology and CRM software to drive customer engagement and loyalty

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
  • Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
  • Engaging in customer relationship management and customer satisfaction
  • Applying business technology skills to enhance client solutions
  • Managing deployment and design implementation projects
  • Excelling in customer needs analysis and customer engagement strategies

Qualifications

  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
  • Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
  • Engaging in customer relationship management and customer satisfaction

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
