SAP Order to Cash Consultant, Manager
Responsibilities
Leading client engagements in SAP Order to Cash transformations, focusing on both traditional and XaaS business models
Managing the implementation of SAP C/4 Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
Guiding teams in the deployment of SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce, and SAP Subscription Billing solutions to optimize business processes
Utilizing analytical thinking and business process consulting skills to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Coaching team members to develop their skills and encourage ownership of personal development
Analyzing complex business issues and building meaningful recommendations to support client decision-making
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions informed by diverse viewpoints and global trends
Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points to facilitate understanding and consensus-building
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvement
Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
Managing complex business process consulting projects effectively
Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
Coaching and mentoring teams to enhance performance and development
Qualifications
Salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
