SAP Order to Cash Consultant, Manager
Responsibilities
- Leading client engagements in SAP Order to Cash transformations, focusing on both traditional and XaaS business models
- Managing the implementation of SAP C/4 Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud solutions to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
- Guiding teams in the deployment of SAP CPQ, SAP Commerce, and SAP Subscription Billing solutions to optimize business processes
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process consulting skills to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Coaching team members to develop their skills and encourage ownership of personal development
- Analyzing complex business issues and building meaningful recommendations to support client decision-making
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions informed by diverse viewpoints and global trends
- Simplifying complex messages and summarizing key points to facilitate understanding and consensus-building
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvement
- Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
- Managing complex business process consulting projects effectively
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
- Coaching and mentoring teams to enhance performance and development

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
