About the role

SAP NS2 Supplier Relationship Management & GSA Associate is a position requiring access to customer data and must be a U.S. citizen. Located within a commutable distance to Newtown Square, PA, this role works 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a conduit between SAP NS2 and SAP SE, interfacing with various local, regional, or global parent company counterparts to achieve desired results/services.
  • Facilitates communication and coordination between NS2 and U.S. Government stakeholders regarding GSA contractual requirements, obligations, and performance.
  • Prepares a commercial subcontracting plan once per year and submits it to the Government's Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO).
  • Serves as the main point of contact with the Government for all matters related to the subcontracting plan outlined within the GSA.
  • Oversees the collection of subcontracting data across the enterprise.
  • Collects size and socio-economic type assertions from subcontracting partners.
  • Fosters continued process improvement for more efficient business results.
  • Presents analysis/recommendations to management. Applies Supplier Management knowledge to execute sourcing projects.
  • Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
  • Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
  • Provides expertise to procurement project teams and participates in purchasing cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration, engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years experience in procurement, developing and executing complex sourcing strategies for a category or region, managing high value requirements, including complex pricing negotiations, and understanding and negotiating complex legal contract terms and conditions.
  • Professional certification in Supply Management or equivalent.
