SAP MM & WM Lead Consultant

Position Summary

The SAP MM & WM Lead Consultant is responsible for supporting and improving SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules. This role involves troubleshooting incidents, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with business users to ensure efficient and stable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of complex incidents and service requests related to SAP MM and WM modules.
• Act as the primary contact for business users regarding daily system issues and process inquiries.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of configurations, support activities, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure efficient ticket resolution and system reliability.
• Support system integration with related SAP modules such as SD, PP, and FI/CO.
• Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM configuration, support, and process optimization.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues within the SAP environment.
• Experience working on cross-functional integrations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to lead support projects, manage change requests, and ensure system stability.
• Willingness to work on-site in Columbus, Indiana, around 60% of the time (hybrid schedule).
