About the role
The Team: Join a collaborative SAP delivery team supporting a large automotive client in an established S/4HANA environment. This team partners closely with product owners, business stakeholders, technical developers, IT teams, and AMS support teams to deliver enhancements, testing, deployment, and ongoing innovation across SAP MM/PTP processes.
Responsibilities
- Understand, analyze, and validate business requirements
- Evaluate solution feasibility and recommend appropriate SAP MM/PTP solutions
- Prepare and update functional specifications, including test scenarios
- Cook up with technical teams during development and technical specification completion
- Prepare test data and perform functional unit testing
- Support integration testing, UAT, approvals, and documentation
- Aid with deployment planning and production release activities
- Provide knowledge transfer to AMS/support teams
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, IT, and developers
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP functional experience with strong expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM)
- Hands-on experience supporting Accounts Payable (AP) processes within SAP, including integration points between MM and Finance
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancement projects
- Proven experience creating functional specifications and working closely with development teams
- Experience supporting Functional Unit Testing (FUT), Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments
- Strong knowledge of MM integration with SAP FI/AP, SD, and EWM
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and ServiceNow is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Automotive industry experience is preferred
Qualifications
