Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions tailored to the Life Sciences, Chemicals, and General Manufacturing industries.
- Act as an Integration Architect, guiding teams of business analysts, functional consultants, and developers through all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and production cutover.
- Manage advisory consultants in selecting appropriate solutions and tools while ensuring alignment with business scope and integration points.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities by contributing to market strategies and client engagements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and integration within SAP landscapes, ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to address functional gaps and validate proposed solutions, including support for agile sprints and content validation.
- Develop business cases for SAP solution investments and present findings to decision-making committees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and architectural strategies while clearly communicating risks and challenges.
- Lead pre-sales cycles, including client presentations, proposal reviews, and site surveys, to help drive new business opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Life Sciences, General Manufacturing, and Chemicals while promoting continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- At least 15 years of SAP implementation experience, with demonstrated experience in Life Sciences, Chemicals, and General Manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in SAP modules including PP, QM, MM, and SD, with familiarity in Supply Chain, PM, and FICO.
- Proven track record in pre-sales activities and project management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, Proficiency in English is necessary for client-facing implementation activities across multiple regions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with S/4HANA and its application within the manufacturing domain.
- Knowledge of best practices and current trends in Life Sciences, General Manufacturing, and Chemicals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive results.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Relevant SAP certifications and training are an asset.
