SAP Manufacturing Senior Manager
The Opportunity
As a SAP Manufacturing Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, enabling clients to optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications. This role is pivotal in helping clients achieve their strategic objectives through innovative solutions and strategic advising.
In this role, you will:
- Lead SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyze client needs and implement SAP software solutions for seamless integration and utilization
- Provide training and support to clients for effective use of SAP supply chain management applications
- Develop strategies for procurement system implementation and cost management to enhance client operations
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytical thinking to drive supply chain transformation and performance improvements
- Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Direct teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning to resolve challenges
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
What You Must Have
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Science
- Demonstrated advanced skills in SAP Supply Chain Management
- Utilization of data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Leadership of complex supply chain transformation projects
- Proficiency in project resource management and budgeting
- Innovation in processes for operational excellence
- Building and sustaining diverse, inclusive high-performing teams
Pay Range
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
