About the role

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and accounts receivable reporting tasks.
  • Gather documentation for accounts endorsed to third-party collections.
  • Complete legal and compliance forms.
  • Manage and monitor the team's shared mailbox.
  • Identify root causes of escalated issues and route them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Cook up with responsible teams through dispute cases or tickets to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Aid in completing and submitting vendor forms.
  • Prepare documentation for FedEx delivery transactions.
  • Print and distribute checks in coordination with the Treasury team.
  • Cook up the provision of W-9s, banking letters, and other customer-requested documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field).
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

As part of SAP Finance Strategy, the Cash Collections team focuses on accelerating cash flow and resolving commercial issues as efficiently as possible. Our mission is to help transform receivables into liquidity that supports SAP's investments and day-to-day operations.

  • Experience in finance, legal studies, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The targeted range for this position is 15 - 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.

Schedule

Part-time, 20 hours a week.
