About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant to join our team and drive excellence in utility billing and financial processes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP IS-U FICA, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that support business goals. Location: Boston, United States. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IS-U FICA modules
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver optimal solutions
• Conduct system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user training
• Provide expert guidance on process improvements and best practices
• Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U FICA
• Strong understanding of utility industry processes and billing cycles
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in both agile and traditional project environments
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
