Salary Range: $100,000–$130,000 Annually

About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications with a wide variety of non-SAP, third-party, and cloud-based systems. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from requirements analysis and interface design, through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will combine deep CPI expertise with a strong understanding of integration patterns, API management, and message-based architectures, and will partner with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and integration partners to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios connecting SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications with non-SAP, third-party, and cloud-based systems
- Own the full integration lifecycle: requirements analysis, interface design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-go-live support
- Develop iFlows, Groovy/Java scripts, and utilize a wide range of CPI adapters
- Implement integration patterns, API management, and message-based architectures
- Collaborate with functional consultants, enterprise architects, and integration partners
- Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain thorough documentation
- Work with SAP PI/PO and migrate interfaces to CPI as needed
- Ensure secure integrations using OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Six or more years of SAP integration experience, with at least three years on SAP Integration Suite / CPI
- Strong hands-on experience with iFlow development, Groovy/Java scripting, and CPI adapters
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts
- Experience with SAP API Management and event-driven architectures
- Working knowledge of SAP PI/PO and prior experience migrating PI/PO interfaces to CPI (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with security standards including OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication
- Experience working in S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur integration scenarios
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP-certified Integration Suite or CPI developer credentials
- Hands-on experience with SAP Event Mesh and SAP Advanced Event Mesh
- Exposure to SAP BTP development and CAP framework
- Familiarity with non-SAP integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for SAP Integration Suite content transports
