Sap Implementation Consultant

About the role

The SAP Implementation Consultant will support the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. This role partners closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to understand business processes and system requirements, ensuring that SAP solutions are configured and validated to meet operational needs. The consultant will contribute to system testing, data validation, process documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization, while helping to identify opportunities to improve business processes through SAP functionality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, IT, functional teams, and site personnel to understand business processes and system requirements for SAP implementations.
• Support the planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment of SAP solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Perform SAP configuration activities in line with defined business requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that SAP solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Execute data validation activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within SAP environments.
• Develop, maintain, and update process documentation and system process flows to support implementation, training, and ongoing operations.
• Assist with cutover planning and execution, including data loads, system readiness checks, and coordination with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support go-live activities and provide post-go-live stabilization and support to resolve issues and ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations.
• Troubleshoot SAP-related issues, identify root causes, and work with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
