SAP IBP Implementation Engineer

Position Overview

The position is 100% onsite at our client's facility in the Quad Cities (IA/IL). Remote candidates will not be considered. No sponsorship now or in the future is available for this role. Candidates must appear on video for every step of the interview process. If a candidate is unable or unwilling to be on camera, they will not be considered.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience in Supply Chain Planning, including hands-on experience with SAP IBP.
• Deep knowledge of SAP IBP business processes and solution architecture.
• Functional configuration and design experience with SAP IBP, specifically in the following modules: SAP IBP Demand Planning, SAP IBP Sales & Operations Planning.
• Practical and technical knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration – Data Services (CI-DS).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to gather and synthesize business requirements from stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple layers of the tech stack (e.g., batch job support, HANA view modifications, debugging, and issue analysis).

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation.
• SAP IBP Certification (preferred).
• Ability to read ABAP code; ideally able to write ABAP for data extraction and support of current APO functionality.
• Prominent advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
