SAP GTS Principal Functional Consultant

Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementations, including blueprinting, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to design and optimize global trade processes leveraging SAP GTS capabilities across Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management
- Develop and implement enhancements, user exits, reports, transaction objects, scripts, BAPIs, and integration solutions within SAP and non-SAP environments
- Facilitate client workshops, lead solution design discussions, and provide trusted advisory support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP GTS solutions aligned to business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP GTS and SAP ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of SAP GTS processes, database applications, system development, and report writing
- Experience with integrations, enhancements, and custom SAP development objects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage complex challenges under tight timelines while driving integrated, business-focused solutions
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within local and global teams

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000 USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for benefits such as performance-based incentives, health insurance, and retirement plans.
