SAP Group Reporting Consultant

Role Summary

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance for Group Reporting. Gather and analyze business requirements. Maintain and configure SAP finance master data elements. Integrate SAP Group Reporting with other SAP modules. Develop and maintain reporting hierarchies. Collaborate with: Finance stakeholders, IT teams, Technical teams. Ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current SAP: Assessment, Distribution, Settlement processes
• Configure and support changes to use primary GL accounts instead of secondary GL accounts
• Validate downstream impacts related to: Cost allocations, Settlemnets, Financial reporting
• Partner with Finance and technical teams to: Test solutions, Troubleshoot issues, Resolve defects, Document SAP configuration changes
• Support implementation and deployment activities
• Ensure configuration changes align with business and compliance requirements

Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Solid knowledge of SAP controlling processes, including: Assessment, Distribution, Settlement
• Experience with GL-related finance processes
• Understanding of cross-functional impacts between GL and controlling
• Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into SAP configuration changes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
