Responsibilities
- Transformative Programs:
- Lead the communications and engagement strategy for transformative Global EY SAP programs, including identity, internal activation, and strategic initiatives.
- Shape narrative frameworks, messaging, and internal toolkits to translate strategy and business priorities into practical communications.
- Set standards for internal engagement across channels and communities, including leadership forums and high-engagement platforms.
- Drive internal activation of Global EY SAP priorities across regions, service lines, and stakeholder groups.
- Provide communications support to senior stakeholders, including leadership alignment sessions, talking points, and presentations.
- Support major transformation moments with communications plans and engagement approaches that reinforce a coherent Global EY SAP narrative.
- BAU Transition and Communications Oversight:
- Establish the BAU communications function and operating model, including cadence, channels, governance, and ownership.
- Lead a transition-year approach, evolving from a higher-touch model to a more optimized and scalable BAU model.
- Oversee the transition of recurring communications activities, ensuring message quality, consistency, and relevance.
- Provide strategic oversight for webcasts, update calls, and other recurring forums, optimizing support models.
- Build practical communications governance and planning discipline for smoother delivery and clearer ownership.
- Refine the BAU model using feedback and engagement signals to improve ongoing communications effectiveness.
- Stakeholder, Community, and Matrix Leadership:
- Align a complex stakeholder landscape across regions, service lines, and business leaders.
- Establish and activate a strong practitioner community for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Work effectively across EY’s global matrix to ensure cohesive messaging and coordinated delivery.

- Ability to translate complex business priorities into clear, concise communications for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative, self-starting approach with confidence to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
