SAP Functional Consultant (MM, EWM, Logistics, Inventory Management)

About the role
Lead and design sourcing, procurement, invoice, and payment processes as a functional subject-matter expert. Serve as the business process expert for Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes. Provide detailed knowledge of current procurement operations, business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Participate in fit-to-standard workshops, review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications. Validate supplier management processes and support inventory replenishment and procurement planning. Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover readiness, and business process validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and design sourcing, procurement, invoice, and payment processes
- Serve as the business process expert for Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes
- Provide detailed knowledge of current procurement operations, business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Participate in fit-to-standard workshops
- Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications
- Validate supplier management processes and support inventory replenishment and procurement planning
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover readiness, and business process validation
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in MM, EWM, Logistics, Inventory Management, S/4, and Ariba sourcing & contracts
- Ariba SLP and Ariba Contracts experience
- Expertise in end-to-end Procurement business operations
- Knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM
- S/4 certification preferred
