About the role

6-month+ contract for an SAP Techno/Functional Consultant. The role involves configuring and testing software modules to match business needs, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with developers and translate high-level points from Solution Architects into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD).

Responsibilities

• Translate BRD and FSD requirements into actionable configurations.
• Configure and test SAP modules to align with business needs.
• Analyze data and call out needs for process improvements.
• Write and expand Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD) from high-level inputs.
• Collaborate with developers during configuration and testing phases.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically the FICO module (core finance).
• Hands-on experience with GL (General Ledger), AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), and PS (Project Systems).
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills.
