Technical/Functional Skills

• SAP FI: 5‑10 years
• Analytical Thinking: 5‑10 years

Required Skills

• SAP FICO functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules
• 2‑3 full implementations of SAP FI modules
• Gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs, performing SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for custom program development, testing, coordinating transports to production, and post‑go‑live support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation creation and delivery
• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO / FI‑CA experience
• Good understanding of accounting concepts
• Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate degree (MBA or CA) required
• Prior experience in high‑tech or software industries preferred

Nice To Have

• RAR experience: 1‑2 years
