SAP EWM Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive SAP EWM implementation and support activities across project phases.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP EWM solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP EWM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and process improvements.
• Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards.
• Handle client communications, status reporting, and issue resolution effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong specialization in SAP EWM.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end SAP EWM implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations.
• Expertise in inbound, outbound, inventory management, RF framework, PPF, wave management, and labor management.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry projects.
• SAP certification in EWM.
• Exposure to S/4HANA EWM environments.
