SAP EH&S Analyst

About the role

Support day-to-day activities related to Salesforce and SAP EH&S systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve product stewardship and master data issues.
• Provide product stewardship system solutions, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Participate and support corporate and business project work for SAP and Salesforce, including data.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously as project manager or team member, including mergers / acquisitions / divestitures / joint ventures.
• Accountable for SAP EH&S and Salesforce functionalities as primary or secondary (backup) process owner.
• Influence and interface in global networks (IT, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Trade Compliance).
• migration/transformation, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and deliver training on Salesforce and SAP EH&S system topics.
• Master data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate in global teams.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product stewardship/regulatory compliance, supply chain, IT, or related SAP area.
• Working experience with global teams in Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe/Middle East/Africa regions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork, customer focus, integrity, and professionalism.
• Strong problem solving, project management, and record keeping skills.
• Excellent writing/verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in SAP.
• Understand SAP functionality and master data.
