About the role

The opportunity is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This role is rooted in EY’s SAP service line capabilities that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
  • Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
  • Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
  • Travel required regularly as needed by external client.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Proven ability to drive complex project plans to completion by proactively identifying risks and enacting relevant mitigations.
  • Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.
  • Strong understanding of iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Able to manage project or program resource management effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client trust and value.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
  • Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years ERP deployment experience.
  • Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
  • Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
