Responsibilities

• Plan and execute various test cycles for large SAP implementations.
• Work with the project team and third parties to confirm business requirements and define the testing approach.
• Build and manage test scenarios and cases covering all business requirements and satisfying the defined test strategy.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverable completion and project status.
• Participate in client working sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Manage project or program resource management effectively.
• Provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality.
• Travel regularly as needed by external clients.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• No less than 4 - 6 years of proven experience in a testing lead role, specifically with large SAP implementations.
• Experience in developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
• Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and best practices.
• Expertise in technical skills application, functional design, and familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of the Technology Landscape.
• Experience in leading teams.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Most people in external, client serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Employees are granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support their physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
