About the role

The opportunity is to serve as a Testing Manager for technology transformation projects and programs that align with EY's organizational strategy. You will be responsible for planning and executing various test cycles for large SAP implementations, working with the project team and third parties to confirm business requirements, and managing engagement economics and resource plans.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.

Skills and attributes for success

• Define the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects.
• Proven ability to drive test design, preparation, and execution across extensive business and system requirements within tight timelines.
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.
• Strong understanding of iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Able to manage project or program resource management effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client trust and value.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• No less than 4 - 6 years of proven experience in a testing lead role, specifically with large SAP implementations.
• Experience in developing test strategies, scenarios, and cases.
• Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrate expertise in technical skills application functional design.
• Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of the Technology Landscape.
• Experience in leading teams.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
