SAP Delivery Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Performs elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for projects of moderate / high complexity.
• Documents as-is and to-be processes.
• Leads RFx processes.
• Creates use cases and corresponding UAT test cases; may facilitate UAT test execution.
• Manages requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• May Project Manage small / medium sized projects.
• Demonstrates technical and non-technical expertise and exerts influence within the immediate team.
• Participates in cross-functional teams.
• Develops solutions to up to moderately complex problems.
• Represents team to partners.
• Sets up and supports on-site or virtual go-live for SAP implementations.

Requirements

• Tertiary education (e.g., Associate's degree).
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Source to Pay processes preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana preferred.
• Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical and non-technical expertise.
• Ability to handle most unique situations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an IT development environment.
• Experience of one or more full release cycles.
• Basic understanding of modern software development methodologies (Object).
• Knowledge of information security procedures and practices.
• Basic understanding of modern software development tools and SCM (software configuration management).
• Basic understanding of Software Test methodologies, test scripting, and testing tools.
• Understanding of basic database administration.
• Basic understanding of standard business processes.
