SAP Datasphere Technical Lead

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere Technical Lead to support SAP Datasphere, SAP BTP, SAP BDC, and Microsoft Fabric integration initiatives. The primary near-term focus will be on Microsoft Fabric application integration and the technical management of SAP cloud data platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP cloud technologies, along with the ability to manage technical infrastructure, integrations, connectivity, and platform operations. Experience with SAP data and reporting through Datasphere is important, with future initiatives expected to expand following the forecasting and CPM re-implementation.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP Datasphere technical architecture, administration, and infrastructure management.
• Design and support integration between SAP Datasphere and Microsoft Fabric.
• Manage and support SAP BTP and SAP BDC technical environments.
• Develop and maintain integration patterns for SAP applications, SAP data, Datasphere, and Fabric.
• Support Microsoft Fabric application integration as a primary near-term responsibility.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot Datasphere, BTP, BDC, connectivity, and integration-related issues.
• Support SAP data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives through Datasphere.
• Establish technical standards, architecture documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, cloud teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Support future Datasphere data and reporting initiatives following the forecasting/CPM re-implementation.
• Provide technical guidance on platform scalability, cloud architecture, and integration solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere.
• Experience integrating SAP Datasphere with Microsoft Fabric or other cloud data and analytics platforms.
• Strong technical experience with SAP BTP and SAP BDC infrastructure and platform management.
• Experience with SAP cloud architecture, administration, integration, and connectivity.
• Strong understanding of SAP data integration and reporting through Datasphere.
• Experience managing cloud-based SAP environments, including security, access, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms and cloud integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with SAP functional, technical, cloud, and data teams.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
