SAP Data Migration Analyst

This role involves developing and maintaining data integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations, performing data profiling, cleansing, and validation, optimizing SAP Data Services jobs, collaborating with functional teams, and participating in quality management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains data integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations.
• Ensures seamless integration of data with other systems and applications.
• Performs data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Optimizes SAP Data Services jobs for improved performance and scalability.
• Collaborates with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participates in quality management tasks, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code.
• Travels on occasion to consult on site (10-15%) to support federal or public sector ERP/data migration engagements.
• Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) or related SAP data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, LTMC, Syniti).
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active government clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting federal or public sector ERP/data migration engagements is a plus.

Skills

• Strong understanding of SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) or related SAP data migration tools.
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation tools.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Services and its components.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages relevant to data integration.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
