SAP Data Conversion, Transformation Consultant

Work you'll do

• Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, conversion, and validation
• Partner with business and technical teams to define source-to-target requirements and resolve data quality issues across migration cycles
• Migrate employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects
• Migrate asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history
• Execute reconciliation, testing, and cutover readiness activities to help ensure migrated data aligns with business, finance, controlling, compliance, payroll, and reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree
• Required: Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
• Required: 3+ years of experience supporting SAP data migration, data conversion, or data management activities
• Required: 3+ years experience profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transforming data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA
• Required: 3+ years experience in one of the following areas:
• Migrating employee lifecycle data, including worker master data, organizational assignments, compensation, time, benefits, and human resources infotypes or objects
• Migrating asset lifecycle data, including fixed assets, asset master records, capitalization details, depreciation attributes, and retirement history
• Preferred: Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for government or public sector clients
• Preferred: Experience supporting human capital management and finance data domains within the same migration program
• Preferred: Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution across testing cycles
