SAP CS/S4 Services

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Rollout Lead or colead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP S4HANA Service from blueprinting and realization to go-live and hypercare.
• Solution Design Design and configure core service processes including Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranties, etc.
• Business Transformation Conduct requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and align system designs with global architectural roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Cross-Module Integration Integrate Service processes with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Financials (FICO), etc.
• Data Process Optimization Oversee the migration and maintenance of service master data.
• Client Advisory Collaborate closely with clients, provide training to end-users, and establish best practices for field service and spare parts logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12 years of total SAP experience with a minimum of 3-5 years specifically dedicated to SAP S4HANA Service Implementation.
• Track Record: Handson experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations or major migration/conversion projects.
• Experience: Experience in implementing S4 SERVICES.
