SAP CPI Developer

As a SAP CPI Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration)Create custom integration flows (iFlows) utilizing standard and advanced CPI capabilitiesParticipate in SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI migration projects, including assessment, redevelopment, testing, and deployment activitiesDevelop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, File, and JDBC technologiesBuild and enhance Groovy scripts, message mappings, value mappings, and exception handling processesTroubleshoot interface failures and perform root cause analysis for production incidentsCollaborate with SAP functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutionsCreate technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational support documentationSupport performance tuning and optimization of SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI interfacesFollow enterprise integration standards, security requirements, and development best practices Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO) 7.4 or higherMinimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Integration Suite Cloud Integration (CPI) development experienceStrong experience developing new integrations in SAP CPI from requirements through deploymentProven experience with SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI migration projectsAbility to create custom integration flows using SAP Integration Suite Cloud IntegrationStrong knowledge of integration patterns, middleware concepts, and enterprise application integrationStrong knowledge of SQL and database conceptsExperience with SAP PI/PO configuration, development, implementation, and support using:JDBC AdapterSFTP AdapterFile AdapterIDoc AdapterXI ProxyREST AdapterSOAP AdapterHands-on experience with SAP CPI adapters including:SFTPSOAPHTTPODataIDocProcessDirectExperience with API security, OAuth, certificates, authentication, and encryptionExperience working with XML, JSON, XPath, XSLT, and Groovy scriptingSAP PI/PO performance tuning and interface optimization experienceExperience monitoring and supporting production integrationsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA integration experienceHands-on experience integrating SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI with JDE and other ERP platformsSAP BTP exposure and understanding of cloud integration architectureHands-on experience with DB2 SQL stored procedure developmentHands-on experience with Microsoft T-SQL stored procedure developmentExperience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teamsExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, or other source control and deployment tools The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $180,000 or the hourly equivalent.
