SAP CoE Manager

About the role

The SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager will lead the SAP support organization, focusing on strategic and operational leadership for SAP Application Management Services (AMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SAP technical professionals
• Manage SAP Application Management Services and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and external system integrators
• Oversee our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (SAP ECS) relationship
• Drive enhancements, support activities, and SAP governance
• Ensure best practices through ITIL and SDLC methodologies
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team through regular feedback and SMART goal planning
• Support future SAP enhancements and global initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years supporting SAP solutions (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Experience supporting SAP within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with SAP hosting providers, Basis teams, and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations, security, and enterprise architecture
• Experience managing multiple projects and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• SAP certifications
• Mechanical Engineering (ME) experience
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
• ITIL service management experience
• Change management experience
