SAP CoE Business Analyst, Expert II

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP ECC FICO modules, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
• Lead small projects while supporting larger SAP initiatives and business transformation efforts
• Possess strong functional knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and support or implement SAP Finance solutions in a production environment
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to implement system improvements and optimize business processes
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve complex technical and functional issues
• Configure and support SAP FICO functionality, ensuring system stability and business continuity
• Work with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Canada to deliver effective SAP solutions
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide expert guidance on SAP Finance capabilities
• Mentor and support junior business analysts while promoting knowledge sharing across the team
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support adoption of new SAP technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related business or technical field
• 7+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), CO-PC, and FSCM (Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management)
• Experience supporting or implementing SAP Finance solutions in a production environment
• Knowledge of SAP ECC with general familiarity of SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of U.S. and Canadian sales and purchase tax processes
• Experience with SAP integration across SD, MM, and PP modules
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coach team members, and manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions such as Concur
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager for change, transport, and incident management
• Experience working with geographically distributed or international teams
• Occasional travel to Pittsburgh Paints headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA
