The Applications Developer III is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining complex software applications that support various business functions. This role requires extensive experience and expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, as well as proficiency with various development tools and technologies. They will have a proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality software solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving continuous improvement in software development processes. In addition to technical skills, the Applications Developer III must possess excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. Minimum Qualifications: Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
Typically 5+ years of related experience.
Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
Experience with various development tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or others.
Familiarity with development frameworks such as Spring, Django, .NET, React, or Angular.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
